5 Minutes of Fabulous: Ain't Too Proud to Brag

Good Morning Gorgeous!

Today I start my day with a YAY!! and a YEEEE! Why? Well, because today, the 5 Minutes of Fabulous newsletter turns 1 year old! That’s right! For the last 52 weeks, I’ve done one consistent thing, and that is write this newsletter to you!

First, I would like to thank YOU for reading, engaging, and for corresponding with me. I would also like to thank the new followers and welcome them to the 5 Minutes of Fabulous community. What it means to be part of this community is that you are a person who, no matter the ups and downs of your day, is willing to consider creating 5 minutes to do something that makes YOU feel good.

In full transparency, I feel uncomfortable sharing this anniversary and accomplishment with you because I find it easier to talk about discomfort in my life i.e. starting a new job, getting passed up for the promotion, or struggling with my body image. Can you relate? Do you notice that when you get together with your girlfriends that you are likely to bitch about your boss, talk about what diet and exercise regimen you are on, or the fact that you’ve been on one bad date after another?

Why do we find it so hard to reveal our successes or talk about how fabulous we are? Considering that I teach women to add more fun, pleasure, and fabulous to their lives, I am here today to uncomfortably brag about my milestone and remind us all that there is enough good to go around for all of us. As women, our radiance is infinite.

As I celebrate myself today, I ask for you to consider being bold and sharing what’s going right in your life with the next person that you connect with. What is going right in your life right now? Allow yourself to be celebrated by the people that love you and who knows, you may inspire them to show up more boldly in their lives too!

To kick off the celebration you can check out of the most popular 5 Minutes of Fabulous posts of this year:

Know someone who is the Queen or King of bitching and complaining about their life? Try asking them, “What’s going right and feeling good in your life right now?” Don’t forget to share how you’re kickin’ ass and takin’ names too!

I always love to hear from you, please share what’s going right in your life right now. Please feel free to comment below!

Love you always and wishing you a beautiful weekend!
