I’ve noticed that lots of fear, anger, and sadness has come up for me and I’ve been pretty hard on myself. Do you ever have weeks like that too? Weeks where you just feel down in the dumps and down on yourself? One thing that has helped me this week is reminding myself that I don’t have to have it all figured out right now. Hey there good-lookin’!! Are you a people pleaser? I certainly am. I love to host people, take care of them, and make them feel good. On top of all that, I’ve also noticed how much I care about what other people think of me.
